Lift Attendant Training Program
Well-trained chairlift attendants lead to shorter lines, fewer incidents, and happier guests. Turnover, however, is a fact of life in the ski industry. Between early season group orientations, and a steady stream of supplemental hires throughout the winter months, many lift departments face continuous staffing and training challenges.
The Lift Attendant Training Program helps resorts of all sizes train consistently, effectively, and efficiently, all year long. The e-learning course consists of nine HD videos totaling over 40 minutes in length, eight interactive practice quizzes, and a final exam. In a little over an hour’s time, users are trained and tested in a foundation of essential chairlift knowledge. On the back end is a powerful learning management system, or LMS. The LMS automatically documents and organizes individual testing data, and provides a variety of options for assigning and customizing content.
